Ryan Construction, Inc. is in the process of building another headquarters in Walpole, MA….right across the parking lot from the existing headquarters! The structural steel is currently going up on this (3) tenant building. Ryan Construction, Inc. will be situated in the middle space with Luminous Learners Childcare in the space to the left and another tenant to the right!!
Ryan Construction had their end of summer party which was again a boat cruise on Boston Harbor. It was a perfect evening, lots of laughs and good times held by everyone!

RISE demonstrated their new technology product, “longbore”, at the future home of Greentown Labs with the assistance of Ryan Construction Carpenters. Ryan Construction is undertaking the construction of the new Greentown Labs headquarters scheduled to open in the fall of 2017.
BWFH Golf Tournament raises over $242,000 to benefit the healing environment of patient and family spaces at BWFH. The milestone year was also celebrated by hosting the first-ever BWFH Golf Ball Drop. Hundreds of numbered golf balls were dropped by helicopter on the first tee, and the winner was determined by the ball landing closest to the flag. One lucky winner received the grand prize of an all-inclusive, seven-night stay for two in tropical Barbados. Once again, Ryan Construction sponsored the 25th year BWFH Golf Tournament.
Demolition & Renovation of the 6th Floor Berenson Building. Project consists of complete gut of the existing 6th floor. Construction of 15 Patient Rooms, Floor Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and associated Staff Areas. Includes all new plumbing systems coordinated with 5th floor below, and med gas systems from the basement. Includes new roof top HVAC units to supply new 6th Floor construction. Custom millwork and kitchen equipment to be provided. All work to be completed in accordance with DPH requirements.
Ryan Construction and Providence Community Health Center partner once again to revitalize a former Brownfield site which was abandoned decades ago into an Award Winning “Smart Growth Leader.” Ryan was initially engaged to provide demolition and clean up of the existing buildings and site for revitalization. Nearly 7 years later Ryan is given the opportunity once again to serve as PCHC’s Construction Manager to build out three (3) additional floors of the now state-of-the-art nationally registered historic medical and health facility designed by Vision 3 Architects. Building successful long term award winning results with select partners is exactly what Ryan is all about!!
Ryan Construction has been awarded Greentown Labs – Greentown Labs is recognized as an industry-leading start-up incubator for clean technology companies. Greentown currently offers 50 member companies shared office co-working space, plug prototyping lab space. The project consists of a 55,700 sf renovation of industrial space with all new mechanical systems and architectural finishes. The renovation of this building will provide three primary space types in this building. The first includes reception, an event space gallery, and a shared kitchen/cafe area. The second use is office space comprised of open offices, meeting and conference rooms, and phone/video chat rooms. The third use is prototyping space that is located on the first floor. Prototype space is made up of dry and wet lab space. In addition to these interior program uses, the building will have an exterior roof deck with testing space and solar panel space. Ryan Construction has been selected as Construction Managers for the skilled nursing and Alzheimer’s care units within Deutsches Altenheim known as the German Centre for Extended Care. Deutsches Altenheim is a skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation, and assisted living facility located in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. Working closely with the facility administrators, clinical support staff, Architect, and Engineers, Ryan Construction will assist in developing a final scope of work and budget to meet the goals of the project. Construction is projected to start in the summer of 2016 with phased renovations to 44 patient rooms and associated upgrades to nurse stations, activity rooms, dining rooms, and administrative support spaces. Major mechanical upgrades include a new 40 ton Chiller, new building boilers, and installation of new PTAC units in patient rooms. Electrical work includes installation of a new 300 kw generator, upgrades to the fire alarm systems, a new nurse call system, and new lighting in all patient units. Construction is projected to be completed in the fall of 2017.
