• Off hours installation of new carpeting in a 100,000 sf, fully occupied building, and the relocation of the office systems furniture.  The dismantling, moving, and reinstallation of furniture systems was completed during the carpet installation so that normal office operations were not disrupted.

Harvard Business Publishing - Expansion 

• Adding 7,500 sf of new amenity space including a cafe,  employee lounge, training room, and exercise area into an existing warehouse space.  The work also included renovations to offices, conference rooms, and support services within the 100,000 sf occupied office building.
